It's not every day that you could be a world record holder! That may be the case for this new dog mom, Winnie!

Winnie is a dachshund 🐶, also known as a a "🌭 weiner dog". These dogs are known for their long bodies and stubby legs - they typically give birth to smaller litters of between 1 and 6 pups.

BUT.... Winnie gave birth to 11! And they are all so stinkin' cute!

And if it couldn't get any cuter....

She never wants to leave their side! If another dog barks, Winnie is right there to the rescue for her pups.

Just wait until they get old enough to start dating...

Why did the procrastinator bring a ladder? He heard the deadline was up in the air 🥁.

Have you heard of the 8x8x8 rule?

Here's the idea: There's 24 hours in a day and to help balance your day, you can split it into three 8-hour blocks:

1. Work/school

2. Sleep

3. YOU TIME!

This rule is by no mean "set in stone", it is just a recommendation to help you achieve a balanced life. Nobody's perfect and some days you might be working or sleeping for more or less than 8 hours.

The most important takeaway: Having the separation between work and "you time". We've found it easiest to not be taking "you time" during the time you are working and when you are taking "you time" to not be thinking about work.

With yummy holiday food and cold weather around the corner, this time of the year is always tough to find fitness motivation. But, there are plenty of exercises that you can do indoors!

No need to to "freeze your abs off" by going outside.

Here are our 5 favorite core exercises this fall:

1. Low leg lifts over an object of your choosing

2. Single low leg lifts

3. In and outs

4. V-ups

5. Toe touches

Do each exercise three times in sets of 10 or 15. We like to do these circuit-style.
