With formula one starting November 19th, Max Verstappen is having a tire-spinning 2023 in Formula One, with a record 17 Grand Prix wins, including a stunning 10 in a row.
Verstappen is the sport's hotshot, with his no-nonsense style and laser focus on winning. In 2016, Verstappen became the youngest and first dutch driver to win a F1 Grand Prix, at the age of only 18!
Leading up to each race, Verstappen and his Red Bull Racing Team are always on the go from event to event. One recent event had a nice little touch - the organizers added in some child-like fun for the racing team, setting up a track on a grass field for Verstappen and his team to race remote-controlled trucks.
The idea behind this was to invoke a bit of friendly competition, but it almost immediately turned into a race to see who can inflict the most damage to the other trucks.
Even during these remote-controlled races, Verstappen looked for an edge over his competition. He even stood on a van to get better positioning (so he could view more of the track).
All in all, he's all about the race, leaving no room for distractions, and he's shifting Formula One into high gear!
